I need help! How do I fix the white screen error? in windows 10

help please!! i downloaded the game, but when i run the exe, a white window pops up then dissapears after some time. i did try to run the exe. as administrator, but i got the same result. i use a windows 10!

sadly its not letting me download it :((((
